Our Barbell program focuses on the two main movements of Weightlifting the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. While the program focuses on these two movements it blends pulls, presses and squats together to help remove weak links and balance the body. The program consists of pre-programmed workouts and three coaching sessions every week. Whether you’re just getting started with the movements or are a seasoned veteran we will help you improve power, strength, flexibility and technique!
