Hi my name is Brandon Lueck. I was born in West Allis, WI in 1987 and moved to Muskego in 1995. I grew up playing a little bit of everything to burn off all that extra energy most of seem to have as kids. Early on I was active in tee-ball, gymnastics, and tae kwondo. In middle school I started to really get into football and basketball. I feel like playing a different sport every season helped my overall athleticism and definitely made the transition to CrossFit an easier one for me than most. I picked up my love for Olympic weightlifting and for exercise in general in high school training for football and shot put and discus. After I graduated in 2005 and went to college I seemed to put on the dreaded freshman 15 and then some. After being about 40 pounds overweight in 2009 I started to want to get back into shape and after about a year and a half of just general exercise and eventually doing workout programs like insanity, P90x and even participating in a few 5ks, duathlons, and triathlons, this is what led me to discover CrossFit. I started my Crossfit journey in December of 2011 and can’t think of a better way for anyone, young or old, man or woman, to get in shape and stay in shape! I received my Crossfit level 1 certification and USA weightlifting certification in fall of 2013 and have an equal love of all things CrossFit and throwing heavy weights overhead in the Olympic lifts.
